At Aeon, we design, build, and fly low-cost, modular, weapon systems for ground and air platforms. We take pride in our dynamic and small team that allows us to iterate, build and test quickly. This strategic analyst opportunity will report to the VP of Supply Chain and work closely with the engineering and manufacturing organizations to establish structured processes and controls that meet business needs. This role is perfect for entrepreneurial self-starters, that work well in start-up cultures where creativity and flexibility is critical.
This is a full-time, in-person role located in Austin, TX with plans to move to Cedar Park, TX early 2027.

This job description is intended to outline the general nature and key responsibilities of the position. It is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications required. Job duties and responsibilities may be modified, expanded, or adjusted at any time to meet business needs, with or without notice.
Employees must be able to perform the essential functions of the position successfully. Reasonable accommodation will be provided to qualified individuals with disabilities in accordance with applicable laws, provided such accommodation does not create an undue hardship for the Company.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
