About the Role:
The Business Value Strategy team sits at the heart of Assort Health’s enterprise growth engine. You'll work with our largest prospective customers to demonstrate meaningful ROI and build the foundation for lasting partnerships — collaborating across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Leadership to identify new value opportunities and champion a value-first culture across the organization.

What you’ll do:
Align customer and internal stakeholders on the core sources of value — efficiency, safety, and sustainability — that Assort products unlock
Support existing customers by quantifying realized value and surfacing new opportunities to maximize business impact
Lead quantitative analysis, ROI modeling, and trial management to demonstrate value at scale
Consult on change management, technology implementation, and customer experience best practices critical to program success
Present insights and recommendations to customer executives and senior internal stakeholders

Drive Business Value initiatives that lift operational excellence and embed a value mindset across the broader organization
What we’re looking for:
6+ years in management consulting, value engineering, finance, or business operations
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; strong enthusiasm for complex quantitative problem solving
Proven ability to build deep, empathetic relationships with customers and internal teams
Structured thinker with a sharp eye for value and meticulous attention to detail
Self-starter who owns projects and thrives in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
Experience managing cross-functional programs, building processes, and delivering results

Strong communication, quantitative, and executive presentation skills
Nice to have:
Experience working with the Fortune 500, Healthcare Systems
Experience working in a hyper growth company.
Been attached to $1M+ closed won deals
