Blank Street is in search of a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and innovate our recruiting efforts across the US. We’re seeking someone who thrives at both thinking strategically and getting things done. In this role, you’ll own the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle for a growing brand, partnering closely with leaders across the business to hire exceptional talent for our stores and HQ team. You’ll drive recruiting strategy, employer branding, and process improvement all while delivering an outstanding candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a fully in-person role based at our Brooklyn, NY HQ, reporting to the Director of People.

What You’ll Own
- Lead Full Lifecycle Store-Level Hiring: Support operations in hiring baristas and shift leaders to ensure existing and new stores are staffed with top talent.
- Lead Full Lifecycle HQ Hiring: Support recruitment for HQ roles based in the US, owning the job requisition process, candidate intake, screening, and interview coordination.
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Work closely with managers to source, attract, and select best-in-class talent aligned with our culture and mission.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Analyze hiring metrics to identify gaps and opportunities, and develop solutions to improve talent acquisition outcomes.
- Continuous Improvement: Build feedback loops with the HRBP, Operations, Learning & Development Manager, and Hiring Managers to iterate and improve hiring processes.
- Innovative Recruitment Strategies: Experiment with creative ideas to innovate the talent acquisition process and elevate the candidate experience for both Field and HQ roles.
- Compensation Benchmarking: Conduct pay band research and general compensation benchmarking to ensure competitive offers.
- ATS Management: Own and maintain Blank Street’s ATS, ensuring it supports a seamless recruitment process for both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment at a high-growth, consumer-focused brand
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive them to completion
- Track record of building scalable, metrics-driven recruitment processes that incorporate continuous feedback and improvement
- Experience with compensation benchmarking and pay band research
Benefits & Perks:
- $100,000 - $130,000 annual base salary
- Blank Street, in good faith, believes that the posted salary range is accurate for this role in New York City at the time of posting. Our salaries are rooted in the desire to pay competitively relative to our organization size and industry, reflecting just one part of the total compensation package. Additional components include equity, healthcare benefits, paid time off and various work perks (commuter benefits, free coffee). Details will be discussed during the interview process. Blank Street may pay more or less than the posted range based on factors such as relevant experience and skills, qualifications and location, among others. This range may be modified in the future.
