Role Overview

Cache is seeking an Operations Associate to support the day-to-day execution and scaling of

operational processes across all of Cache's product lines. This role is ideal for a highly

organized and adaptable professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and

ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, the Operations Associate will play a critical role in

supporting client onboarding, account maintenance, transaction processing, securities transfers,

cash movements, operational reconciliations, and other core brokerage and investment

operations functions. The role will also collaborate with Investor Solutions, Investments,

Compliance, and Engineering to deliver a seamless client experience while maintaining strong

operational controls.

This position offers broad exposure across the firm and is an excellent opportunity for someone

Responsibilities

  • Support operational processing and administration across all Cache products.
  • Process account openings, account maintenance requests, transfers, cash movements, and other client transactions.
  • Coordinate and monitor securities transfers, including ACATS, DTC, journal movements, and related operational workflows.
  • Review and validate operational requests to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with firm procedures.
  • Assist with trade support, settlement monitoring, exception management, and issue resolution.
  • Perform daily operational reconciliations and investigate discrepancies as needed.
  • Support client onboarding and account servicing processes, helping ensure a smooth and efficient client experience.
  • Maintain a strong culture of compliance and risk awareness in all aspects of daily work.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate manual processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist with documentation, process development, and maintenance of operational procedures.
  • Monitor and manage operational queues, ensuring timely completion of requests and adherence to service-level expectations.
  • Help scale operational infrastructure and processes as the company grows.
  • Handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in brokerage operations, wealth management operations, investment operations, or a related financial services role.
  • Strong understanding of brokerage operations, account servicing, securities transfers, cash movements, and operational controls.
  • Working knowledge of financial industry regulations and operational compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
  • Proven ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing and growing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with clients, advisors, custodians, clearing firms, and internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across multiple teams.
  • Experience working with custodial, brokerage, or clearing platforms is preferred.
  • Experience supporting alternative investments, private funds, exchange funds, or concentrated stock strategies is a plus.
  • Experience in a fintech, startup, or high-growth environment is a plus.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and consistently follows through on responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to integrity, professionalism, and maintaining compliance in all aspects of work.
  • Willingness to obtain securities licenses in the future if business needs evolve.
