Cache is a profitable, fast-growing wealth management platform helping clients manage large, concentrated stock positions. We manage $1.75B+ in assets with a lean, high-caliber team spanning finance, engineering, operations, and sales across San Francisco, New York, and elsewhere.
About the RoleWe're hiring our first Company Operations Coordinator to be the operational glue that keeps Cache running smoothly. Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, this is a hands-on, high-trust role for someone who is hungry, exceptionally organized, and energized by getting things done.
You'll be the go-to person the Founder or the team turns to when something needs to get done on company operations — making sure details don't fall through the cracks, keeping the business humming smoothly, and helping a growing team do its best work. If you love being resourceful, jumping into new challenges, and building an environment where people feel supported, you'll thrive here.
It's a chance to own the operational backbone of a company and grow with us as we scale.
