Craniometrix launched our care navigation service for dementia patients in July of 2025, hit $4M of ARR, and just raised a $15M Series A.
We are looking for a generalist operations associate with experience at an early-stage high-growth healthcare startup to support the core operations of our team, ensuring we build the systems and processes needed to scale.
Who you are:
- An experienced healthcare operator with 3+ years of experience.
- Experience working with clinical or clinical-adjacent teams
- Experience with HR functions and management
- Willing to work above and below your paygrade to get our patients the care they need
- A strong attention to detail
- A willingness to pull new things on to your plate
