Using AI to help dementia patients age at home
Head of Enrollment (Series A Healthtech)
About the role
Dementia is tough – but it can be easier. Turns out, if you give families the right non-clinical coaching and support, you can avoid 30% of hospitalizations for these patients. And Medicare has recently started paying for that coaching.
Craniometrix launched our care navigation service for dementia patients in July of 2025, hit $4M of ARR, and just raised a $15M Series A.
We are looking for a healthcare operator with experience at an early-stage high-growth startup to lead our fast-growing Enrollment team, working with our partner medical practices.
What you’ll do
- Oversee day to day operations and performance of our enrollment function.
- Work closely with our partner medical practices to ensure compliant enrollment of eligible and interested patients.
- Develop marketing and education strategies for potential patients.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of enrollment specialists.
- Ensure compliance with all Medicare, federal and state regulations for our programs.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to build a roadmap for enrollment.
Who you are
- An experienced healthcare operator with 8+ years of experience and 4+ years of leadership experience.
- Experience managing a remote clinical operations or care delivery function.
- Experience working with small and mid-size healthcare clinics.
- Obsessed with delivering high quality care and building an exceptional place to work
- Focused on building scalable, repeatable systems and processes.
- Operationally focused but able to look at a problem from multiple perspectives - people, product, compliance, and finance will be part of your day to day.
