About the role

Dementia is tough – but it can be easier. Turns out, if you give families the right non-clinical coaching and support, you can avoid 30% of hospitalizations for these patients. And Medicare has recently started paying for that coaching.

Craniometrix launched our care navigation service for dementia patients in July of 2025, hit $4M of ARR, and just raised a $15M Series A.

We are looking for an experienced healthcare analyst, ideally with previous experience in an early-stage high-growth startup to join our team. In this role you will support our interaction with our partner practices, aligning data between our core systems and partner practice health records.

What you’ll do

  • Manage regular data pulls from partner practice electronic health records.
  • Ensure alignment of data between internal systems to support effective operations by our enrollment and care navigation teams.
  • Manage the flow of data between Craniometrix and Medicare to support alignment of patients to the program and timely payment of claims.
  • Support the development of operational performance and compliance dashboards.
  • Provide routine and ad hoc reporting for our customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to prioritize high value features that will help deliver safer, more effective and efficient care.

Who you are

  • An experienced healthcare analyst with at least 2 years of experience working with healthcare data, ideally across multiple EHR systems.
  • Knowledge of clinical and claims data.
  • Proficient in Excel and SQL.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or other new venture.
  • Focussed on building scalable, repeatable systems and processes.
