Craniometrix has raised over $21 million to help make dementia suck less.

Dementia is tough – but it can be easier. Turns out, if you give families the right non-clinical coaching and support, you can avoid 30% of hospitalizations for these patients. And Medicare has recently started paying for that coaching.

We launched our care navigation service for dementia patients in July of 2025, leveraging AI to provide best-in-class care, allowing us to quickly hit $4M of ARR and raise a $15M Series A.

We are looking for an experienced healthcare product leader to join our team. You will lead a range of high impact product initiatives with a particular focus on using AI to improve quality, patient outcomes and operational efficiency.

What you’ll do

• Oversee the lifecycle of our AI products to deliver high-quality, cost-effective outcomes that enable our operational team to work at peak efficiency.
• Work closely with internal users and customers to define user requirements.
• Define the roadmap for AI product and support the roadmap for our broader product.
• Lead the development of new AI-focused products, ensuring integration with core systems and operational processes.
• Develop AI products, both independently and working with our software engineers.
• Lead ongoing monitoring and refinement of AI products to ensure they deliver safe, reliable, effective and unbiased support to our operational teams.
• Monitor and manage AI spend through effective use of models and context to specific use cases.
• Lead high impact non-AI product features, particularly where these integrate with AI features or impact common user experience.
• Work closely with operations, data and engineering teams to ensure that we create and retain high quality data to provide context for our AI product features.
• Ensure compliance with all Medicare, federal and state regulations for our programs.

Who you are

• An experienced healthcare product manager with 6+ years of experience and 2+ years leading AI product.
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup.
• Obsessed with delivering high-quality care and building exceptional products for internal and external users.
• Focused on building scalable, repeatable systems and processes.
• Product-focused but able to look at a problem from multiple perspectives - people, operations, compliance, and finance will all play a factor in products developed.

Compensation

The base pay range for this role is $180,000 – $200,000 per year.
