Head of Sales (Series A Healthtech) (OTE $300 - $450K)
About the role
In 9 months, we've grown from 0 to $6M in ARR, and are looking for a results-oriented Head of Sales to join. You'll spend half your time as an IC, owning your own deals start to finish. You'll spend the other half of your time building our growth strategy, expanding into new verticals, and, as needed, growing a lean team.
What You'll Do
Sales Execution & Pipeline Leadership
- Own full sales cycle execution — from initial outreach to deal close.
- Build an accurate, disciplined pipeline with consistent forecasting and CRM hygiene.
- Define account segmentation strategy, prioritize high-impact targets, and deploy engagement tactics that deliver outcomes.
Relationship Building & Consultative Selling
- Develop trusted relationships with neurology practice leaders, operational decision makers, and clinical stakeholders.
- Conduct discovery conversations to deeply understand customer needs, challenges, and strategic priorities.
- Articulate Craniometrix's value to differentiate our solutions within competitive procurement environments.
Growth Strategy & Lean Team Building
- Own and evolve our go-to-market strategy, identifying new verticals and opportunities to accelerate revenue growth.
- Partner cross-functionally with a small, but mighty team to tailor market messaging, feedback loops, and sales enablement.
- Collaborate with our enrollment team to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
- We believe a small, high-leverage team — aided by AI — can punch well above its weight. You may hire 2-3 additional salespeople over time, but building a large org is not the goal.
Travel & Field Engagement
- Strategically plan and execute in-market visits to clients and prospects.
- Represent Craniometrix at key industry events, local meetings, and professional gatherings.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 7–10+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare (SaaS, data/analytics, clinical platforms, RCM, or related)
- Demonstrated success owning and closing deals while also contributing to sales strategy
- Comfort with lean, high-output team structures — you don't need to have scaled a large sales org; we're looking for someone who can do a lot with a little, and knows how to use modern tools (including AI) to amplify output
- Strong consultative selling capabilities with executive-level engagement
- Skilled at remote outreach, virtual selling, and structured discovery
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High emotional intelligence with comfort in building credibility quickly

- Self-starter and adaptable — comfortable in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- Equally effective as an individual contributor and as a strategic, cross-functional leader
- Coachable, resilient, and data-driven in decision-making
Travel Expectations
- 1 - 2 weeks per month for customer visits, strategic meetings, and industry events
