What You’ll Do

  • Develop, implement, and manage production schedules to ensure efficient and timely delivery of turbo jet engines.
  • Continuously assess and optimize assembly processes to boost productivity, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise engine assembly technicians, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
  • Ensure all turbo jet components meet rigorous quality standards in close collaboration with the quality assurance team.
  • Oversee inventory and materials management to secure cost-effective and timely availability of resources.
  • Monitor maintenance and calibration of production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
  • Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with engineering, R&D, and supply chain teams to align production goals with design and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position in aerospace or turbine manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of turbine production processes and related technologies.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Kaizen.
  • Hands-on experience with production scheduling, resource allocation, and workforce management.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in production management software and ERP systems (preferably MSD).
  • Knowledge of quality control processes, ISO standards, and aerospace safety regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
