What You’ll Do
- Own and drive the product value proposition and market positioning for Destinus B2B systems and solutions, ensuring strong alignment with customer needs and defense market dynamics.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate technical capabilities into clear, competitive commercial offerings.
- Support and lead customer and partner engagement activities, communicating the operational and strategic advantages of Destinus solutions.
- Align internal teams around product messaging, market feedback, and evolving customer requirements
- Contribute to the development of commercial strategies that position Destinus systems effectively within the global defense ecosystem.
- Ensure consistency between product capabilities, customer expectations, and commercial positioning across all engagements.
What You’ll Need
- Extensive senior experience in aerospace or defense product management, commercial strategy, or similar roles within complex technology environments.
- Strong ability to translate complex systems and advanced technologies into clear customer value, market positioning, and commercial narratives.
- Experience working closely with engineering and product teams to shape competitive and scalable solutions.
- Solid understanding of defense markets, procurement environments, and stakeholder ecosystems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and commercial audiences.
- Fluent English required, additional European languages are a strong plus.
