What You´ll Do

  • Coordinate shipping, receiving, and warehousing activities across internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Use ERP and logistics software to track inventory, monitor transport, and keep documentation accurate and up to date
  • Manage logistics data entry, reporting, and cost tracking for shipments and materials
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of aerospace components and materials
  • Liaise with transportation providers and customs agents to support import and export processes
  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in logistics operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work with Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) to support logistics and warehouse coordination

What You’ll Need

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a structured and detail-oriented mindset
  • Some experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination, either through work or internships
  • Basic familiarity with ERP systems or logistics management tools, ideally including Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Good communication skills with a proactive approach to collaborating across teams
  • Fluency in English
