What You Will Do
- Be a Strategic Partner - Work side by side with leadership and engineering teams to align people strategies with ambitious UAV projects, ensuring we have the right talent, in the right place, at the right time.
- Empower High-Performance Teams - Drive performance management, talent development, and workforce planning to help our teams break new ground from propulsion specialists to avionics engineers.
- Fuel Talent Development - Build career paths, create leadership programs, and champion continuous learning making sure our people grow as fast as our tech evolves.
- Navigate Change - Support organizational shifts with resilience and agility, ensuring seamless transitions as we scale operations and ramp up UAV production.

- Solve Problems Before They Fly In - Tackle complex employee relations issues with empathy and precision, balancing human needs with company goals.
- Drive Data-Backed Decisions - Use HR metrics and insights to proactively improve engagement, retention, and performance across the UAV workforce.
What You´ll Need
- 5+ years as an HRBP, People Partner, or similar, ideally in a fast-paced, tech-driven or engineering environment.
- Act as a trusted partner to leaders and teams, translating business needs into people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and growth.
- Navigate a truly international environment, supporting multiple countries and ensuring consistency while respecting local nuances.
- Balance strategy with execution, from advising leadership on complex people topics to jumping into day to day challenges and team dynamics
- Lead through change, adapting quickly as priorities shift while keeping teams aligned, focused, and moving forward
- Build strong relationships across all levels, handling sensitive conversations with empathy, clarity, and confidence
- Identify opportunities to improve how we work, from team effectiveness to organizational design, and take action to make it happen
- Champion a high performance culture where innovation thrives and people are empowered to do their best work
- Support managers in developing their teams, strengthening leadership capabilities, and creating an environment of trust and accountability
