About the Role

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and lead the implementation of the internal communications strategy for the organization, including key messaging, communication channels, and tactics
  • Create and deliver internal communications content, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations
  • Work with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure that all internal communication is aligned with business objectives and supports the company’s culture and values
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communications, and make recommendations for improvement based on feedback and data analysis
  • Manage crisis communications, ensuring all employees are informed and up-to-date
  • Manage and maintain the company’s internal communication tools, ensuring they are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with the company’s goals and values
  • Possibility to build up a small team of internal communications specialists, providing guidance and feedback to ensure all internal communication is clear, consistent, and aligned with the company’s goals and values

What You’ll Need

  • Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Advanced degree or professional certification in communications or organizational development is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, or reated field
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team
  • Experience working in high-growth, international, or fast-changing environments
  • Proven ability to build communication processes and structures from scratch
  • Experience with content creation and delivery (i.e. email, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and storytelling capabilities
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience supporting executive and leadership communications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
