Last Energy (LE) seeks a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and report directly to the Creative Director. In this role, you will work on a wide variety of multimedia design projects, including print, digital, and social media marketing collateral, to help communicate our brand's message and drive our mission forward.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and marketing team to develop innovative and engaging visual materials that effectively convey our brand's identity and messaging
  • Design a wide range of marketing collateral, including brochures, posters, presentations, website graphics, social media assets, and promotional materials
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to enhance the visual presentation of our products and services
  • Ensure that all designs adhere to our brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality and consistency
  • Assist with photo and video editing, as needed, to support marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that our designs remain fresh and relevant
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, while maintaining a strong attention to detail
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve skills and expand design capabilities, with an emphasis on learning and growth

Qualificiations

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or creative team
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Experience with video editing and motion graphics software, such as After Effects and Premiere Pro, is a plus
  • Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of typography, color, and composition
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly and willingness to take on new challenges
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
