About The Role:

• You will be part of the Fazz data team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial part in collecting, organizing and analyzing data to support our strategic decision making, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders. You will need to query large data and use various statistical techniques to interpret the results in order to provide insights to improve our business operations.

What You Will Do:

• Work closely with other stakeholders in the business (including Product, Commercial, Strategy, Marketing, Operation, etc.) and with other data team members to leverage data to improve business processes
• Build reporting & monitoring dashboards for stakeholders to manage business processes and monitor business performance
• Perform deep dive analysis into our data such as experimentation analysis, in collaboration with other stakeholders, in order to generate insights and provide actionable recommendations to improve the business performance
• Work with Data Engineering teams to establish required internal and external data sources, including designing the data warehouse for optimal organisation of the data
• Work with stakeholders to design and conduct experiments and analyse the data from the experiments to optimise and improve business results
• Document analytics and business requirements related to assigned tasks.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Proven experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, BigQuery) and BI tools (Metabase, Tableau).
• Strong background in performance experimentation and A/B testing, with excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Python and basic machine learning concepts
• Experience with GCP services (e.g., Cloud Run, Cloud Functions) is a plus.
• Experience in digital payments, PPOB, or lending businesses is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
