While autonomous machines offer significant advantages, they also introduce new safety challenges. FORT addresses these concerns by providing solutions such as the Wireless E-Stop, which allows operators to instantly stop any machine from a safe distance, enhancing safety during emergencies.
Additionally, FORT's Safe Remote Control enables operators to manage heavy machinery remotely, reducing the risk of accidents and improving visibility.
By ensuring communications integrity across any network, FORT empowers customers to protect their most valuable assets—people, data, and machines—ensuring they remain safe and secure.
The GTM Engineer is responsible for using AI, data, and GTM process knowledge to modernize FORT’s go-to-market operations. This role is critical for building the operational foundation upon which FORT can scale. As a force multiplier across the entire revenue organization, the GTM Engineer will have high visibility and direct impact on FORT’s growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage AI solutions such as Claude to analyze, augment, and develop GTM processes that drive efficiency and revenue growth
- Own and manage FORT’s Salesforce.com environment as the GTM system of record, ensuring data integrity and process alignment
- Track and report on core GTM KPIs, including revenue, conversion rates, sales velocity, and pipeline coverage across multiple business segments
- Maintain a holistic ICP target account list and develop structured approaches to measure and improve account penetration
- Design and deploy AI agents to automate GTM processes, reducing manual workload and increasing speed across the revenue team
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years of experience in a revenue operations function within a B2B environment
- Active Salesforce.com Administrator certification
- Demonstrated proficiency with modern GTM systems, including Gong, Clay, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot
- 1+ year of experience integrating AI systems such as Claude with GTM business tools
- 1+ year of experience deploying AI agents to automate GTM workflows and processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record of building apps or dashboards powered by AI systems such as Claude
- Experience in sales enablement and LMS solutions
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $150,000, based on qualifications, experience, and the level at which the candidate is hired. Total compensation may also include additional incentives and benefits.
