Role Overview
We're looking for a personable, detail-oriented Customer Success Representative with a creative streak to help our clients get the most out of Greeter. You'll be on the front lines of the customer experience, supporting onboarding, building relationships, and making sure every partner feels taken care of. This role blends client communication with creative thinking, and is ideal for someone who's energized by working directly with small business owners and wants to grow within a fast-paced startup.

You'll work closely with Sales, Operations, and Marketing, and you'll have a direct impact on how our
customers experience Greeter from day one.

Core Responsibilities
● Guide new clients through product setup, training, and initial usage to ensure a smooth launch
● Conduct onboarding sessions tailored to each client's business and goals
● Serve as the first point of contact for customer questions, troubleshooting, and day-to-day support
● Track and follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution
● Maintain regular check-ins with customers to monitor satisfaction, gather feedback, and surface
opportunities
● Build strong, trusted relationships with small business owners and their teams
● Support customer escalations and loop in the right internal teams when needed
● Identify potential upsell or expansion opportunities and pass them to the appropriate team
● Gather and share field feedback to help improve the platform

What We’re Looking For
● 0-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, client services, or a similar
customer-facing role
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable speaking with business owners and
internal teams alike
● Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple accounts and follow-ups without dropping the
ball
● Proactive self-starter who's comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things out

Nice to Have
● Background in hospitality, retail, food & beverage, or local business
● Eye for design and messaging; able to spot what works in a storefront window
● Experience with CRM or customer success tools (HubSpot, Monday.com)
● Familiarity with content creation or social media
● Experience at an early-stage startup
● Interest in AI, digital signage, or marketing technology
