Role:

- Honest Networks is looking for a delivery driver for the NY Metro area (Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Jersey City, New Rochelle, Stamford, CT).

- The role is part time to start but is expected over time to become a full time position. We would like 3-4 days per week, with availability in the mornings. We can provide a guaranteed 20 hours minimum per week.

- The delivery driver would be responsible for delivering telecommunications material (Cable boxes, cable reels, networking equipment switches, etc) to upcoming or ongoing network projects in the covered area

- There would be multiple deliveries per shift in the covered area

Primary Responsibilities:

- Ability to load/unload materials from warehouse/office onto company van using a hand truck and freight elevators

- Ability to fit multiple deliveries within the van and deliver required materials to respective job sites

- Ability to navigate required routes while adhering to local street regulations regarding commercial vehicles

Personal attributes:

- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment - Multiple deliveries per shift

- Calm demeanor - driving in NYC can be challenging

- Problem solving attitude

- Friendly

Requirements:

- Valid driver's License

- Comfortable driving cargo van

- Bonus: Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

- Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs

- Able to work 20-25 hours to start during business hours (e.g. Mon / Wed / Fri)

Competitive salary in the range of $25 per hour to start, with option for upside after initial consistent and reliable performance
