About The Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of customer implementations at Leena AI. In this role, you'll validate client-specific configurations, enterprise workflows, integrations, and automations before they go live.

Working closely with Solution Consultants, Implementation Managers, Product, and Engineering teams, you'll play a critical role in delivering seamless, enterprise-grade implementations for our customers.

What You'll Do Implementation Quality Assurance

  • Validate end-to-end client implementations across HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, and other enterprise functions.
  • Review solution documents, workflows, and configuration requirements.
  • Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria for customer implementations.
  • Ensure workflows, configurations, and data flows function as designed.

Functional & Integration Testing

  • Perform functional, workflow, regression, and integration testing.
  • Validate enterprise integrations including:
    • HRMS & Payroll systems
    • ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Freshservice, ManageEngine, etc.)
    • REST & SOAP APIs
    • Event-driven workflows and webhooks
  • Verify data mapping, synchronization, transformations, error handling, and retry mechanisms across systems.
Release Readiness & UAT

  • Identify defects, configuration issues, and functional gaps before production rollout.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defect triage, issue validation, and client support.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and provide go-live readiness sign-offs.

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, Solution Consultants, and Customer teams to understand business requirements.
  • Maintain QA documentation including:
    • Test Plans
    • Test Cases
    • Defect Logs
    • Test Summary Reports
    • Traceability Matrix
    • Release Sign-offs
Process Improvement

  • Contribute to QA best practices, reusable test assets, and implementation frameworks.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to enhance implementation quality and efficiency.
  • Drive opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For Must Have

  • 3-5 years of QA experience in Enterprise SaaS, B2B software, workflow automation, or implementation-focused environments.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise business processes across HR, IT, Finance, Procurement, Payroll, or Supply Chain.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Functional Testing
    • Workflow Testing
    • Integration Testing
    • API Testing (REST/SOAP) using tools like Postman or Swagger
  • Experience with test automation using Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, WebdriverIO, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Ability to understand solution designs, workflow logic, data models, and configuration documents.
  • Strong experience creating:
    • Test Plans
    • Test Scenarios
    • Test Cases
    • Defect Reports
    • Test Summary Reports
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Rocketlane, ClickUp, or Confluence.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Good to Have

  • Experience with BPM platforms, workflow engines, or low-code automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered products, chatbots, or virtual assistants (Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa, etc.).
  • Exposure to AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI workflows.
  • Basic SQL for data validation and troubleshooting.
