About The Role
We are looking for someone who deeply understands how enterprise IT actually runs — especially in Microsoft-centric environments — and wants to turn that knowledge into products. You will design and build the IT agents that ship with our platform: agents that reset passwords, fix Outlook and Teams issues, install approved apps, manage access and licenses, and handle hundreds of other everyday IT requests.
This is not a traditional sysadmin or support job, and it is not a hardcore coding job either. It is a builder role: you take the IT processes you have run for years, connect them to the systems where they live (Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, ServiceNow, and more), and package them as reliable, reusable agents that work out of the box for any large enterprise.

You will define what AI-driven IT looks like for some of the world's biggest companies. Everything you build ships to real users at scale, and the agent library you create becomes a core part of the product — not an internal tool. What You Will Do
- Build a large library of IT agents — design how each agent should work, what steps it takes, what approvals and safety checks it needs, and how success is measured.
- Own our Microsoft-side integrations — make agents work smoothly with Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange Online, Teams, and Azure, using Microsoft's standard connection points.
- Connect agents to IT service desks — ServiceNow and similar tools for tickets, approvals, service catalogs, and knowledge.
- Work directly with enterprise customers — understand how their IT environment is set up, map their use cases to our agents, and configure and launch agents for them.
- Productize what you learn — when you solve something new for one customer, turn it into an out-of-the-box agent every customer can use.
- Set the guardrails — decide what an agent may do on its own, what needs approval, and what should only be guided self-help, so automation stays safe and auditable.
- Partner with product and engineering — be the voice of real-world IT in how the platform evolves.
- 8–12 years in enterprise IT — in roles like IT administration, endpoint or identity management, IT automation, integrations, or solution consulting.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft products — Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange, and Teams. You should know these environments from running them, not just from reading about them.
- Comfort connecting systems together — you have worked with Microsoft Graph, PowerShell, or similar ways of automating and integrating IT tools. You do not need to be a software engineer, but you should not be afraid of scripts and APIs.
- ITSM experience — you know how tickets, approvals, and service catalogs work in tools like ServiceNow.
- A process mind — you can take a messy, human-driven IT process and describe it as clear, repeatable steps with the right checks.
- Customer-facing polish — you can sit with a CIO's team, understand their environment, and explain technical things in simple language.
- No prior AI experience required — if you know enterprise IT well, we will teach you how to build agents.
- Experience with Azure infrastructure, virtual desktops (Citrix), or security tools like Microsoft Defender.
- Exposure to AI assistants, chatbots, or workflow automation platforms.
- Experience working with large global enterprises or Fortune 500 IT teams.
