As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our payment solutions by leveraging your knowledge of design thinking principles and consumer behavior.
Responsibilities:
1. Utilize design thinking methodologies to understand user needs, pain points, and opportunities in the payments space.
2. Conduct user research, analyze market trends, and gather feedback from customers to identify potential areas for product improvement and innovation.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product designers, engineers, marketers, and business stakeholders, to translate insights into actionable product features and enhancements.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Product Management, Business Administration, Design, or a related discipline. A Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience (2-4 years) in product management or related roles, preferably in the payments industry.
3. Strong understanding of design thinking principles and methodologies, with a track record of applying them to drive user-centered product development.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions and drive product improvements.
5. Familiarity with consumer adoption strategies and techniques, including user onboarding, user engagement, and retention strategies.
6. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing projects from concept to launch.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
8. Knowledge of payment industry trends, technologies, and regulatory landscape is highly desirable.
9. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
