Role summary
We are seeking a web developer with deep Webflow expertise to expand, elevate, and accelerate our digital presence. You will play a key role in transforming our current site into a visually dynamic website that showcases our software through videos, animations, and interactive visuals, and serves our growing customer base, while enabling internal teams to build and deploy dynamic content through a well-crafted, easy-to-use CMS.

The ideal candidate is comfortable at the intersection of design and development, passionate about bringing concepts to life through innovative solutions, meticulous in execution, and committed to problem-solving and shipping with urgency.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with internal design to translate high-fidelity Figma layouts into functional, intuitive, and visually polished Webflow experiences

• Develop and manage Mach9’s main Webflow architecture including CMS, component libraries, and page templates (and additional properties as needed, e.g., event landing pages, marketing or product microsites), ensuring robust site architecture, analytics, and CMS usability

• Optimize for load speed, responsiveness, accessibility, and SEO, especially for rich video and animation content

• Own reliability and respond quickly to urgent business requirements

What you’ll bring

• Expert-level Webflow skills with a portfolio of high-impact, animation/video-rich websites

• Proven ability to implement Figma website layouts in Webflow with precision

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards

• Familiarity with embedding and optimizing 3D, video, or interactive media (e.g., Vimeo embeds, Webflow video backgrounds, animations)

• Knowledge of front-end development (basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) for custom interactions or troubleshooting Webflow limitations

• Prior experience with tech, startup, or SaaS websites a plus
