We are seeking a Creative Content Strategist & Producer to lead the way in shaping how our brand communicates with the world. This role sits at the intersection of creative innovation, strategic marketing, and operational execution. You will be responsible for crafting a compelling visual and narrative identity for our brand, building campaigns that connect deeply with our audience, and scaling our content production to support long-term business growth. This is a role for someone who can think big and bold about brand presence, while also rolling up their sleeves to execute and operationalize ideas. The right person will not only create engaging content but will also architect the systems, strategies, and partnerships needed to sustain and grow our impact across platforms.

Mission:

Create best-in-class content for Manifest online ecosystem about legal services, starting with immigration. Manifest is the most trusted online resource of all things immigration and we produce the highest quality videos and images about various immigration topics and news.

• Creative Concepting & Experimentation: Generate and test innovative content ideas that make immigration law topics accessible, memorable, and shareable.

• Execution & Operations: Build and refine systems to source, manage, and scale creative talent and production resources.

• Strategic Campaign Development: Align content campaigns with business priorities (e.g., visa types), driving measurable impact on awareness and conversions.

• Channel-Specific Strategy: Design and execute tailored approaches for Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms to maximize reach and engagement.

• SEO-Driven YouTube Growth: Develop and implement video strategies that leverage SEO to rank in Google search results and grow long-term visibility.

• Audience Growth & Engagement: Drive rapid growth of our Instagram community and build authentic engagement across channels.

• Collaboration & Cohesion: Partner with the Content Manager to ensure brand consistency across SEO channels, campaigns, and creative output.

Goals by Channel

• YouTube (SEO-Driven Growth): Create videos that consistently rank for our top keyword terms on Google SERP, driving evergreen traffic and awareness.

• Instagram: Define and refine our brand voice, building a sustainable growth engine to scale our followership to 20k+ by year-end.

• TikTok: Lead a test-and-learn approach to identify content formats and storytelling styles that resonate with audiences on the platform.

• Paid Social Support: Produce and adapt content specifically designed for paid distribution, with a clear understanding of how organic vs. paid strategies differ.

• Ability to combine creative storytelling with data-driven marketing.

• Proven ability to create engaging content across multiple platforms (written and video).

• Experience managing content calendars and maintaining consistent publishing schedules.

• Understanding of SEO and social media algorithms (especially YouTube & Instagram).

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to build repeatable processes.

• A track record of bold creative execution that drives measurable results.

• A self-starter with a passion for building and scaling content-driven growth.

• Experience working in high-growth startups or legal/tech environments is a plus.
