The Role
We're hiring a General Manager to build and scale Manifest's new strategic business vertical - selling AI-powered corporate immigration services to businesses. We launched this vertical 120 days ago and with just 1 AE we got to ~$300K of ARR and have a pipeline of Enterprise Accounts worth $5M right now. This is all with $0 marketing spend and just 1 entry level AE. Tons of white space to build.
You'll be the mini-CEO of our B2B vertical, owning the entire B2B P&L and go-to-market strategy across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments. Starting with 10+ signed startups and strong enterprise interest (but no contracts yet), you'll build the systematic GTM engine that turns promising conversations into recurring revenue at scale.
This is about more than sales - you're architecting the foundations of a multi-million dollar business unit within one of the most transformation-ready industries. You'll be overseeing sales/GTM (dotted line reporting), running products for B2B accounts, working closely with engineering and marketing teams. Your OKR will be the entire P&L of a B2B immigration vertical which will give you substantial autonomy and leadership opportunities. This vertical is one of our biggest long-term strategies.
Success means being a ruthless prioritizer who can operate at 30,000 feet on strategy while getting hands-dirty on tactical execution, all while building the external relationships that unlock our biggest opportunities.
What You’ll Do
Own the full B2B P&L: Drive revenue growth from $300K ARR to $30M+ ARR in 12-18 months. We already have a pipeline of $5M+ of strategic accounts and we need to keep growing that pipeline. Define and execute GTM strategy: Establish differentiated go-to-market motions for SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments -determining the right channels, messaging, and sales processes for each.
Events. Travel to conferences and various other global mobility events alongside AE’s to meet with prospective clients.
Build the revenue engine: Build the GTM team. Work closely with our sales lead to hire, recruit and train AE’s and SDR’s.
Lead enterprise relationships: Serve as the external face of Manifest to senior corporate contacts until we build out a strategic accounts team, leveraging charisma and presentation skills to close complex deals and build strategic partnerships.
Drive strategic partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage key partnership opportunities that unlock new customer segments and accelerate growth.
Shape product roadmap: Work closely with product teams to ensure our B2B offering evolves to meet market needs and maintain competitive advantage.
Be a ruthless prioritizer: Focus the organization on high-impact initiatives while rapidly testing and scaling what works, killing what doesn't.
Build for scale: Establish the foundations, processes, and team structure needed to support exponential growth beyond $2M ARR.
What We’re Looking For
5–10 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, startups, or top-tier strategy teams External-facing personality with exceptional presentation skills and the charisma + EQ essential for senior enterprise interactions
Strategic thinking with tactical execution - comfortable operating at both 30,000 feet and ground level, bringing structure to ambiguous problems
Analytical fluency - strong with Excel/Sheets and comfortable with SQL or analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions
Ruthless prioritization skills - natural bias for action with the judgment to see problems and fix them quickly
High standards and ownership mindset - excited to own outcomes and build something transformational
