The Role
We’re looking for an innovative, strategic, and motivated Performance Marketing Lead with high EQ to join our fast-growing marketing team. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys wearing many hats, and wants to take true ownership of growth initiatives. You’ll be responsible for driving our paid strategy and execution (search & social) and ensuring it’s fully integrated with broader marketing efforts. The ideal candidate has experience in fast-growth startups or agencies and has managed paid search and paid social budgets and is eager to own strategy, execution, and results.
What You’ll Do
Performance Marketing Strategy & Growth
Own and evolve the strategy for 1. Paid social (meta, tiktok, reddit) 2. LinkedIn and 3. Paid Search — from acquisition to retention — with the freedom to test, learn, and scale what works.
Partner closely with the Head of Growth to shape the future of our performance channels and unlock new avenues for growth.
Lead end-to-end campaign execution: building, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and emerging platforms.
Drive creative experimentation — from ad copy and visual testing to landing page CRO — to consistently improve conversion rates and ROI.
Analyze campaign data with a critical eye, identifying trends and opportunities to lower CPLs, grow volume, and fuel business growth.
Operational Excellence & Channel Innovation
Build the systems, processes, and structure that power a best-in-class performance marketing engine.
Own campaign ops: from creative workflows and performance trackers to data pipelines and reporting dashboards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with content, analytics, and design to bring high-performing campaigns to life — and make paid media a growth multiplier across the org.
Experiment boldly. Test new channels, audiences, and creative formats — you’ll have the autonomy to drive innovation and set new benchmarks.
High-Impact Projects & Leadership Path
Lead special growth initiatives that directly impact pipeline and revenue — from competitive research and market expansion to event amplification.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate insights into scalable, data-driven strategies.
As performance scales, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead a team, shaping the future of paid media at the company.
This is a high-growth role — ideal for someone ready to take ownership, move fast, and grow into a paid media leader driving strategy, innovation, and performance at scale.
What We’re Looking For
5–8 years of experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in paid search, paid social, linkedin, or other acquisition channels (*managing or previously have managed budgets of at least 300k).
Strong communicator with exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
High EQ leader who thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable — you know how to bring structure without slowing down speed.
Comfortable navigating social and community platforms and driving measurable impact through them.
Experience in high-growth or startup environments is strongly preferred.
Bonus points:
Proven experience building or engaging with online communities (Reddit, Slack, Discord, WhatsApp, etc.). Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, Notion, or Airtable.
Strong eye for brand tone, visual consistency, and copywriting.
Creative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented — you make things happen.
