AI Native Corporate Immigration Paralegal
Software Engineering, Legal, Data Science
United States
Manifest Law is one of the first AI-native corporate immigration firms in the country, and one of the fastest-growing — proof that legal professionals want to work this way. We handle sophisticated, high-stakes matters, with technology that removes the busywork rather than replacing the people who do the work.
Manifest was built to offer the best of both worlds: the scale of a larger firm with the quality client service of a boutique. Manifest OS — the technology that powers the firm — carries much of the operational load, so our paralegals spend their time on the substantive casework that actually needs their expertise, not chasing status updates across six different threads. The result is a practice with the care of a boutique and the capability of a large firm.
We think great casework is a craft, and the paralegals who do it well deserve a practice that grows with them — supported by technology, not replaced by it, with real ownership over how a matter comes together. We're building the kind of institution paralegals are proud to put on their résumé.
This is a firm for paralegals who want more from their career: real ownership of your caseload, a genuine partnership with the attorneys you support, and a front-row seat in building what a modern immigration practice can look like.
Immigration law has been done the same way for decades. We're here to raise the bar, and we're hiring the people who will raise it with us.
What You'll Do
Partner closely with one of Manifest's business immigration attorneys to execute high-volume, high-quality work for corporate clients — leading PERM and H-1B case preparation from intake through filing, with additional exposure to L-1s, E visas, and extraordinary-ability matters (EB-1A, O-1, EB-2 NIW) as needed.
Guide clients through document collection and evidence gathering, ensuring everything is complete, accurate, and compliant with USCIS and DOL requirements.
Prepare USCIS forms and draft clean, persuasive, well-organized case materials tailored to each petition type.
Serve as a professional, steady point of contact for corporate HR partners and foreign-national employees — handling updates, expectations, and process explanations with clarity and confidence.
Track deadlines and manage a substantial, simultaneous caseload with meticulous records, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Anticipate your supervising attorney's needs, aligning on preferences and enabling them to focus on higher-level legal strategy.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of experience in U.S. corporate immigration, including significant hands-on experience with PERMs and H-1Bs
Experience managing high-volume corporate workloads and working directly with HR stakeholders
Comfort owning paralegal workflows from intake through filing
Strong drafting skills and exceptional attention to detail
A track record of direct client communication in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
High organization, reliability, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines smoothly
Comfort with legal technology, case management systems, and process improvements
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
Bonus: experience with L-1s, E-1/E-2, EB-1A, O-1, or EB-2 NIW cases
Why Paralegals Join Manifest
Higher-agency work | Manifest OS absorbs intake, status-chasing, and document assembly — the administrative weight of the practice, handled — so more of your day goes to the substantive work that actually uses your skills.
Real partnership with the attorneys you support | You're treated as a strategic partner, not a task queue — your judgment and workflow ownership are part of what makes a pod run well.
Remote by design | The entire legal side of the firm works remotely, and there are no plans to change that — work from wherever you do your best work.
Ground floor | Manifest is growing quickly, and paralegals who build a track record here have a clear line of sight to more senior case and workflow ownership as the practice scales.

Our Use of AI in Recruiting
Manifest uses AI-powered tools to support administrative aspects of our recruitment process, such as organizing applications and surfacing candidate information for review. Some interviews may also be recorded and transcribed using an AI note-taking tool, used solely to support accurate note-taking — it does not score, analyze, or evaluate candidates in any way. These tools do not make hiring decisions, and no candidate is advanced, screened out, or otherwise dispositioned without review by a member of our human recruiting team. You are welcome to ask any interviewer for a non-recorded conversation instead. If you would like to request a reasonable accommodation or an alternative application process at any stage, please contact your recruiter.
