Administrative Assistant (Immigration Law)
Manifest | In-Office — North Phoenix, Arizona (5 days/week)
About Manifest
Manifest Law is one of the first AI-native corporate immigration firms in the country, and one of the fastest-growing — proof that legal professionals want to work this way. We handle sophisticated, high-stakes matters, with technology that removes the busywork rather than replacing the people who do the work.
Manifest was built to offer the best of both worlds: the scale of a larger firm with the quality client service of a boutique. Manifest OS — the technology that powers the firm — carries much of the operational load, so our team spends its time on work that needs real attention to detail. The result is a practice with the care of a boutique and the capability of a large firm.
We're building the kind of institution people are proud to put on their résumé — a firm for people who want more from their career: real ownership over their day-to-day work, a genuine partnership with the attorneys and paralegals they support, and a front-row seat in building what a modern immigration practice can look like.
About the Role
You'll support daily office operations for a busy immigration practice, handling printing, shipping, and mailing for case-related materials. This role offers a behind-the-scenes look at how a high-volume immigration practice runs, with room to grow as you build familiarity with the work.
What You'll Do
Mail & Documents: Sort and scan incoming mail daily; upload correspondence into our internal portal and notify relevant team members.
Printing: Print documents and materials as needed for the team, ensuring accuracy and proper formatting.
Shipping & Mailing: Package and ship outgoing documents and materials; track shipments and confirm delivery. Occasionally travel to USPS to send mandatory filings that must go to a PO Box location.
Office Support: Keep printing, shipping, and mailing supplies stocked and organized.
Communication: Respond promptly to internal requests related to mail, printing, and shipping tasks.
-
Quality: Produce accurate, well-organized work; use Manifest's internal tools and systems correctly; follow firm standards to ensure consistency.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent; experience in an administrative, office support, or client-service role is a plus.
Sharp attention to detail and a service-minded approach.
Strong organizational skills; able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Clear written and verbal communication.
Comfortable with basic office technology (e.g., Excel, scanners, printers); proactive about learning new systems.
Collaborative, team-first attitude.
-
Ability to work onsite 5 days a week in our Scottsdale location.

Our Use of AI in Recruiting
Manifest uses AI-powered tools to support administrative aspects of our recruitment process, such as organizing applications and surfacing candidate information for review. Some interviews may also be recorded and transcribed using an AI note-taking tool, used solely to support accurate note-taking — it does not score, analyze, or evaluate candidates in any way. These tools do not make hiring decisions, and no candidate is advanced, screened out, or otherwise dispositioned without review by a member of our human recruiting team. You are welcome to ask any interviewer for a non-recorded conversation instead. If you would like to request a reasonable accommodation or an alternative application process at any stage, please contact your recruiter.
