Job Summary:
Responsible for working within our Billing team on possibly different assignments based on the needs of the department. This could require reviewing submitted invoices, submitting billing invoices, or putting together reporting that supports that team’s efforts.

Job Summary:
Responsible for working within our Billing team on possibly different assignments based on the needs of the department. This could require reviewing submitted invoices, submitting billing invoices, or putting together reporting that supports that team’s efforts.
What You'll Do:
- Submitting all invoices assigned or addressing NAT issues preventing submission.
- Works directly with National Account Teams.
- Ensure that customer billing requirements are met.
- Puts invoices into unbillable process which results in communication regarding all discrepancies found.
- Working with NAT to get templates submitted.
- Updating status’ within NS.
- Helping support new customer setup.
- Helping ensure all SLAs are met regarding submission and review.
- Works with the Accounts Receivable Specialist to help resolve questions and issues.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Ability to meet required submission metrics.
- Ability to help team achieve the goal of submitting invoices within 24 hours.
- 1+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, finance, accounting.
- Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail with excellent organization skills.
- Expected to cite examples of organization and time management/methods used to manage or prioritize workload demands.
- Demonstrated experience always maintaining a calm and professional demeanor, exercising excellent judgment, and maintaining a positive perspective in all situations.
- Must possess a strong work ethic and cite examples of experience working in an environment with a high degree of stress/time demands associated with heavy volumes and multiple demands.
- Demonstrated excellent verbal communication skills with experience and tactfulness in conveying information to and dealing with internal and external customers in a clear, focused, and concise manner.
- Demonstrated initiative and proven ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Ability to document processes completed and understanding of what they are doing.
- Must have excel skills that include ability to work with functions at minimum.
- Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.
