We’re growing our Mid-Market Account Executive team and looking for motivated, competitive individuals who want to launch or accelerate a career in sales. What you'll do:
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting and cold calling
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover client needs
- Build relationships with decision-makers and develop long-term partnerships
- Present tailored solutions and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle
- Maintain an organized pipeline and track activity in Salesforce
- Partner with operations and customer success teams to deliver a strong client experience
What we're looking for:
- 0–2 years of professional experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Confidence engaging with clients and business leaders
- Excellent organization and follow-through
- A willingness to learn, take coaching, and grow quickly
