What you'll do:

  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting and cold calling
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover client needs
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and develop long-term partnerships
  • Present tailored solutions and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle
  • Maintain an organized pipeline and track activity in Salesforce
  • Partner with operations and customer success teams to deliver a strong client experience

What we're looking for:

  • 0–2 years of professional experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Confidence engaging with clients and business leaders
  • Excellent organization and follow-through
