About the Team
We are Nothing, and we’re here to make tech fun again. Our sales team operates across key accounts, operators, and dealer channels, working closely with distributors and global teams.
We move fast—but that only works if our operations are precise, responsive, and scalable. As a Sales Admin, you are the engine room behind that execution. You’ll ensure our operations stay as sharp and well-designed as our products.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end sales order process from PO to delivery.
- Liaise with Supply Chain teams to resolve shipping discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain a high level of data accuracy within our sales and inventory systems.
- Generate reports that provide clear visibility into sales performance, stock, and partner status.
- Ensure alignment between sell-in, sell-out, and inventory data.
- Coordinate with Finance for seamless invoicing and reconciliation.
- Identify and remove manual bottlenecks to keep workflows lean.
- Support the sales team with essential documentation for retail partners.
- Manage distributor and partner PO tracking, allocation, and fulfillment status.
- Monitor and reconcile rebates, CNs, and pricing adjustments across partners.
- Ensure all partner submissions (e.g., sell-out data, IMEI tracking) are accurate and submitted on time for claim and reconciliation.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5 years in Sales Admin or Operations, ideally in smartphone or consumer electronics.
- Experience working with distributors or retail partners (e.g., Com7, Jaymart, IT City, AIS, True) will be advantageous
- A pragmatic operator who thrives in fast-paced, changing environments.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with modern CRM or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Helios).
- Extreme attention to detail—you catch the errors others miss.
- Direct communication style, comfortable across functions and time zones.
- Fluent in Thai and English; you'll bridge local and global teams daily.
- Strong understanding of PO lifecycle, invoicing, and reconciliation processes.
- Familiar with rebate, CN, and pricing adjustment workflows.
- Experience supporting multi-channel sales operations.
- Strong sense of ownership with the ability to independently drive tasks and follow through to completion.
