Key Responsibilities

Social Content

  • Plan and manage social media content calendars across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok)
  • Develop content concepts, generate ideas, prepare briefs, and write captions aligned with brand tone and messaging
  • Collaborate closely with creative and design teams to produce static content and both short-form and long-form video content
  • Provide marketing materials to relevant teams and coordinate content publishing and sharing
  • Work with the service team to monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions
  • Track social media trends, performance insights, and competitor activities
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and recommend optimization strategies

Community

  • Build and manage online communities on Facebook Groups and the website through activities, on-ground events, and value-added content
  • Act as the main point of contact for Nothing Fans and community members

Media

  • Develop integrated media strategies across online and offline channels
  • Manage media budgets and allocate spending in line with business objectives
  • Plan media channels, evaluate options, and select appropriate platforms and publishers
  • Coordinate with media agencies and external partners
  • Monitor media performance (CPM, CPC, CTR, ROI) and optimize campaigns accordingly
  • Prepare strategic media reports and insights for management

Branding

  • Ensure all activities are aligned with brand guidelines and identity
  • Support internal teams in understanding the brand and provide brand-consistent solutions

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in social media management
  • Experience in media buying across both online and offline channels
  • Hands-on experience with social media publishing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LINE Official Account)
  • Strong understanding of brand communication and digital marketing language
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English

Preferred Qualifications (a plus)

  • Experience using social listening tools
  • Understanding of the content production process
