We are looking for a highly driven Partner Enablement & Operations Lead to own and scale the enablement and operational backbone of our reseller/partner ecosystem. This role is critical in ensuring partners are onboarded efficiently, activated quickly, and consistently enabled to succeed in the market.

What you'll do:

  • Drive end-to-end partner onboarding in collaboration with Partner Managers, ensuring adherence to defined SLAs and activation timelines.

  • Own partner activation readiness including training, certifications, and go-to-market preparedness.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all partner enablement needs including webinars, sales materials, email templates, and product marketing assets.

  • Ensure partners represent the company accurately by adhering to standardized messaging, templates, and branding guidelines.

  • Lead localization efforts for priority markets by working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams.

  • Own program management for localization initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

  • Oversee partner operations including onboarding workflows, CRM (Salesforce) hygiene, and overall system/process management.

  • Manage lead distribution and tracking for partners to ensure efficiency and accountability.

  • Continuously improve systems, processes, and playbooks to scale partner success.

Who you are:

  • 3–7 years of experience in partner enablement, operations, or program management roles (preferably in SaaS or B2B environments).

  • Strong program management and execution skills with attention to detail.

  • Experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).

  • Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, product, and partnerships teams.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • High ownership mindset with a bias for action and problem-solving.

  • Experience working with global markets and localization efforts is a plus.
