About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, creative, and highly resourceful Product Strategy & Marketing Manager (Partnerships) to help shape how our partners position, package, and bring Wayground to market.
This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, solution consulting, product marketing, partner enablement, and partner growth. You will work closely with Partner Managers and partners to support strategic opportunities, build scalable partner-facing programs and resources, and help design the frameworks that enable partners to succeed.
This is not a traditional channel operations role — it is a strategic, builder-oriented role for someone who wants to influence how partnerships go to market and scale.
What you'll do:
Partner closely with Partner Managers to support strategic customer opportunities across schools, ministries, publishers, and institutions.
Understand partner and customer requirements and translate them into tailored solutions that map Wayground’s capabilities to real use cases.
Support high-impact opportunities including tenders, pilots, proposals, demos, and customized solution presentations.
Package repeatable solution offerings and value propositions around priority use cases, segments, and markets.
Serve as a strategic thought partner in shaping how Wayground is positioned in complex partner-led opportunities.
Design scalable frameworks for partner onboarding, training, and readiness that improve how partners ramp, position, and succeed with Wayground.
Develop partner training journeys, certifications, onboarding playbooks, and capability-building programs, working with supporting team members on execution.
Build partner enablement resource kits including presentations, solution briefs, pitch decks, flyers, landing pages, sales tools, and playbooks.
Craft messaging and positioning resources that help partners effectively communicate Wayground’s value to end customers.
Create repeatable frameworks, assets, and tools that equip partners to sell, support, and grow successfully.
Identify partner capability gaps and design programs or resources to address them.
Use AI and modern tools to rapidly create and iterate high-quality enablement and go-to-market assets.
Help design partner growth plans and go-to-market motions that support demand generation and pipeline growth.
Develop scalable partner growth programs such as campaigns, webinars, workshops, and activation plays.
Support the design of strategic partner programs, including tiering models, engagement programs, incentives, and frameworks that help drive stronger partner performance.
Identify repeatable growth motions and strategic plays that can scale across partners and regions.
Work with Partner Managers to identify opportunities to deepen partner engagement, productivity, and revenue contribution.
Create repeatable templates, frameworks, and playbooks that improve consistency and speed across partner-facing work.
Help improve systems and processes that support a scalable partnerships business.
Provide guidance to a small execution/operations team supporting partner and community programs.
Work cross-functionally with partnerships, product, sales, and marketing teams to bring initiatives to life.
1. Drive Solution Strategy for Partner Opportunities
2. Build Partner Enablement & Readiness Programs
3. Shape Partner Strategy & Growth Programs
4. Build Scalable Frameworks and Support Execution
Who you are:
5–8 years of experience in product marketing, solutions consulting, strategic partnerships, partner enablement, growth strategy, or related roles in SaaS, EdTech, or B2B environments.
Strong product intuition and ability to translate product capabilities into compelling partner and customer solutions.
Experience building enablement frameworks, partner-facing programs, or go-to-market initiatives.
Excellent storytelling, messaging, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving instincts and comfort operating in ambiguity.
Ability to create structure and scalable frameworks from scratch.
High ownership mindset with a bias for action.
Comfortable using AI and modern tools to move fast and build creatively.
Experience in education technology, channel ecosystems, or partner-led growth is a plus.
Why This Role is Unique
This role combines product strategy, product marketing, solution consulting, partner enablement, and growth strategy in one highly entrepreneurial function.
You will help shape not just how partners are supported — but how they go to market, how opportunities are won, and how partnership growth scales.
