Profesional en marketing digital encargado de ejecutar y dar seguimiento a campañas en plataformas de mensajería y pauta online. Con experiencia en análisis de métricas, redacción y adaptación de mensajes, coordinación con agencias y criterio en diseño

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Ejecutar y dar seguimiento a campañas en plataformas de mensajería.

• Dar seguimiento y entender el desempeño de campañas de pauta digital.

• Monitorear métricas clave de marketing (CPL, CTR, leads, alcance) y generación de reportes.

• Redactar y adaptar mensajes para campañas digitales, con criterio en diseño para aprobar o ajustar piezas creativas.

• Documentar aprendizajes y coordinar con agencias de publicidad/equipos internos.

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

• Experiencia en plataformas de mensajería (Treble, Braze, Infobip, Amazon Connect)

• Conocimiento básico/intermedio en Meta Ads y Google Ads.

• Formación o interés en Marketing, Publicidad o áreas afines.

• Capacidad y motivación para aplicar herramientas de IA en procesos de creatividad y automatización.

• Organización, proactividad y criterio en comunicación/diseño.

Requisitos excluyentes

• Conocimiento intermedio en WhatsApp Business.

• Manejo básico/intermedio de herramientas de análisis (Looker, Data Studio, Sheets).
