The Fulfillment team is responsible for ensuring operational excellence across Rappi’s last-mile ecosystem, enabling fast, reliable, and cost-efficient deliveries between users, couriers, and stores.Our mission is to continuously improve delivery performance, optimize operational costs, and scale a high-quality logistics network that supports the company’s growth.
As a Fulfillment Lead, you will act as the Operational Performance Leader for the fulfillment ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving improvements in delivery time, delivery cost, courier performance, and store operational efficiency.
You will partner closely with Territory Operations, Regional Operations, and Analytics teams to ensure operational targets are consistently met, identify improvement opportunities through data, and execute high-impact initiatives that improve the performance and scalability of the operation.
Your role will be critical in translating business growth plans into operational readiness, ensuring the ecosystem has the right capacity, processes, and tools to deliver an outstanding experience to users.
As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
Own the performance of key fulfillment metrics including Delivery Time, Delivery Cost, cancellations, and operational defects.
Lead the monitoring, analysis, and improvement of operational KPIs, ensuring proactive identification of risks and execution of corrective actions.
Provide clear operational visibility to local and regional leadership through structured performance tracking and reporting.
Act as the central point of coordination to ensure operational targets are consistently met across territories.
Data-Driven Operational Improvement
Leverage operational data to identify opportunities to improve delivery performance and operational efficiency.
Analyze core indicators such as ETA vs ATA, operational pivots, courier behavior, and store performance to generate actionable insights.
Translate operational data into improvement initiatives that impact delivery time, courier productivity, and overall fulfillment performance.
Collaborate with analytics and regional teams to continuously improve operational dashboards, reporting frameworks, and decision-making tools.
Courier Supply & Performance Management
Ensure the correct planning of courier capacity across stores and territories, aligning supply with forecasted demand and special demand peaks.
Develop strategies to improve courier connectivity, reliability, and performance discipline.
Monitor courier performance metrics including cancellations, acceptance behavior, and operational compliance.
Partner with regional teams to support initiatives related to courier lifecycle management, communications, and incentive strategies.
Store Operations & Process Excellence
Identify and drive improvements in store operational processes including picking, packing, order handling, product organization, and inventory management.
Ensure proper operational configuration of stores and operational systems including algorithms, alerts, and automation tools.
Work closely with store teams to improve execution standards and ensure operational processes support delivery performance targets.
Operational Enablement & Training
Develop and maintain educational materials to improve operational knowledge and execution within stores.
Lead weekly training sessions for pickers focused on operational best practices and process improvements.
Ensure store teams are equipped with the knowledge and operational tools required to consistently meet performance standards.
Cross-Functional Execution & Operational Alignment
Partner with Territory Operations teams to ensure operational readiness for commercial strategies, forecast changes, and business growth initiatives.
Support operational planning for peak demand periods and special events by ensuring courier capacity and store readiness.
Coordinate with regional teams on continuous improvement initiatives and operational standards.
Centralize and manage operational purchase requests required to support store and fulfillment operations.

4+ years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or marketplace environments.
Strong analytical capabilities with experience working with operational performance metrics.
Experience driving operational improvements through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple operational initiatives while maintaining strong attention to performance outcomes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate operational data into clear recommendations.
High ownership mindset and ability to drive execution in fast-paced operational environments.
Desired Requirements
Experience in last-mile logistics, delivery operations, or marketplace ecosystems.
Experience working with courier-based or gig-economy operational models.
Familiarity with operational analytics tools and dashboards.
Experience leading operational training or field enablement initiatives.
Background in operational process improvement or performance management.
