We’re looking for a Special Incentives Analyst to support the Global Incentives Team in planning and executing incentive strategies for the specialized fleet. This role will help shape and sustain an attractive value proposition for couriers while ensuring strict budget adherence and target achievement. The person will play a key role in balancing financial efficiency with strong operational performance, proactively optimizing spend to drive impact.

The Special Incentives Analyst will own the end to end incentive strategy and budget control for the specialized courier fleet, working closely with local operations teams. This role requires a strategic, analytical, and results driven mindset to design impactful incentive strategies, ensure strong cross functional alignment, and maintain consistency with key financial and operational metrics.

• Designing and executing the incentive strategy for specialized courier fleets.

• Managing and optimizing the courier earnings budget, ensuring alignment with financial and operational targets

• Developing and maintaining a differentiated value proposition that retains and motivates specialized couriers.

• Analyzing courier productivity, performance, and operational saturation to inform data driven decisions on incentive adjustments and segmentation.

• Collaborating cross functionally with product, strategy, and local operations teams to ensure effective execution.
