Buscamos un Líder de Operaciones que diseñe, estructure y optimice el modelo operativo transversal para Travel, R4B y Loyalty.
El rol será responsable de transformar una operación con procesos manuales y múltiples integraciones en un sistema eficiente, controlado y escalable, asegurando alineación entre experiencia del usuario, ejecución comercial y control financiero.
Reportará directamente a la Gerente de Operaciones y tendrá responsabilidad sobre el equipo operativo actual.

• Impacto directo en la escalabilidad regional del negocio.

• Interacción transversal con Comercial, Producto, Tech y Finanzas.

• Participación en decisiones estratégicas.

• Exposición a múltiples líneas de negocio (Travel, Loyalty y R4B).

Responsabilidades Clave

• Liderar el equipo operativo y elevar su estándar.

• Estructurar procesos escalables para Travel, Loyalty y R4B.

• Identificar oportunidades de automatización junto a Producto y Tech.

• Asegurar control financiero y reducción de fricciones.

• Preparar la operación para crecimiento regional sin aumentar estructura linealmente.

• Experiencia en operaciones en empresas de travel tech, OTA, e-commerce o marketplaces.

• Experiencia liderando equipos.

• Fuerte orientación a eficiencia y mejora continua.

• Entendimiento financiero (margen, conciliaciones, pagos).

• Mentalidad de builder y pensamiento estructural.

• Capacidad de moverse en entornos dinámicos y regionales.
