The Senior QA Analyst within RTR (Record to Report) will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and integrity of the accounting processes and financial information generated by the team, reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager – RTR.

This role acts as a key control layer within Finance, safeguarding the reliability of reported numbers and serving as a guardian of the bridge between actual results and financial planning (Real vs Plan).
The position will work closely with Accounting, FP&A, and Consolidation teams to ensure financial information is consistent, traceable, and aligned with internal reporting standards in a dynamic and high-growth environment.

The Role

The Senior QA Analyst within RTR (Record to Report) will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and integrity of the accounting processes and financial information generated by the team, reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager – RTR.

This role acts as a key control layer within Finance, safeguarding the reliability of reported numbers and serving as a guardian of the bridge between actual results and financial planning (Real vs Plan).

The position will work closely with Accounting, FP&A, and Consolidation teams to ensure financial information is consistent, traceable, and aligned with internal reporting standards in a dynamic and high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the quality and consistency of accounting deliverables across RTR processes.
  • Review and validate outputs generated during monthly, quarterly, and annual closing cycles.
  • Analyze the consistency of accounting P&Ls through analytical balance reviews and the construction of financial bridges, ensuring integrity and traceability between actual results and planning (Real vs Plan).
  • Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in financial information and coordinate corrective actions when needed.
  • Work closely with Accounting, FP&A, and Consolidation teams to ensure alignment in financial reporting processes.
  • Strengthen operational discipline within RTR processes, ensuring consistency in the execution of key reviews and controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • +5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, RTR processes, or financial control roles.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting P&L and financial statements.
  • Advanced Excel skills (required).
  • Knowledge or interest in automation, technological tools, AI, or data analysis applied to financial processes is highly valued.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar).
  • Experience with data or reporting tools (Power BI, SQL, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail, able to operate in dynamic and high-pressure environments.
  • Strong proactivity, versatility, creativity, and teamwork skills.
  • Advanced English is desirable.
