This person should be comfortable working with budgets, KPIs, and performance data, while also bringing organization, attention to detail, and solid project management skills. Weekly goal tracking, including WoW, MTD, and YoY reviews.
Making resources available (free ads button) for monthly guarantees, as well as monitoring spend,ROA´s & optimizing territory budgets.
Monitoring the delivery of revenue ads in assigned regions, as well as improvement plans for account pareto.
Address the acquisition and upselling building block by making the discount button and free ads available to those brands that require it.
Analyzing product improvements and streamlining workflows within the marketing suite to increase sales team productivity.

Execution of main seasonals within the marketing suite according to the Q's commercial strategy. Taking into account conversion campaigns (Seasonals) and traffic campaigns (Viral deals + dishes) to achieve targets.
Create synergy and communication flow between the growth team and the sales force to ensure the correct execution of plans.
Tracking launch plans (Hidden Gems / Expansions) - Monitor those key (new) accounts that are the hidden gems of the territory. Also, ensure that launches are strategically driven to generate both organic and inorganic growth.
Analyzing product improvements and streamlining workflows within the marketing suite to increase sales team productivity. (Marketing Suite)
