The international Mid-Market team is responsible to onboard & grow advertisers in EMEA and enable them to achieve their marketing objectives with Reddit’s proven advertising solutions.

We're looking for sharp, positive and motivated self-starters to help us build this team from the ground up! In addition to laying the foundation of the team

Last year we introduced a new role into our Mid market team that is end to end responsible to grow our Head, Torso & Tail accounts. You will be responsible for your own book of Business, taking full ownership of strategic conversations, implementation & optimisations to grow the accounts. You will build & maintain a relationship at both client direct & agencies to meet their business objectives using Reddit's advertising suite. You will work closely with the wider AE community to define best practices, treatments and process improvements that allow for more sustainable growth, efficiency or scale. You will work with cross functional partners to continuously look for opportunities to improve, optimise and scale your work.

This role is required to work in person from our Amsterdam office 3 days per week. Reddit offers a generous relocation package.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Act as the CEO of your book of business, and take full ownership of strategic bets, revenue forecasting, and ensuring operational rigor.
  • Generate advertising revenue from assigned clients via ad agencies and advertisers directly, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Establish, grow, and maintain strong relationships with senior client and agency stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and primary strategic partner.
  • Responsible for revenue quota of assigned book of business each quarter.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Own client meetings from agenda to final presentation, instilling confidence and setting all interactions up for success by appropriately setting client expectations, identifying outcomes, and communicating clear next steps.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients to communicate major platform updates, releases, changes, and/or opportunities that will deepen or expand the relationship.
  • Provide strategic, proactive, and consultative advice to clients in order to uplevel and grow the relationship; Identify areas of additional opportunity within existing client relationships, including new lines of business, and move them through to close.
  • Communicate feedback on our sales processes, narratives, and products in order to advocate for customers and improve the team's effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Implement & optimize campaigns (with the help of account strategists) to meet our clients’ advertising objectives through performance-driven or awareness campaigns.
  • Pull and analyze data to compile compelling and actionable insights to move your clients' businesses forward.
  • Translate client needs and requests into clear, actionable priorities for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proactively and continually identify areas of improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in online media sales (platform experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of the media landscape in the Nordics Region.
  • Client-facing experience in advertising sales, account management, or paid social campaign management, ideally with Nordic based clients.
  • Experience in monitoring marketing campaign performance, and make manual optimizations or strategic recommendations as needed
  • Experience in Pulling and analyzing data to compile compelling and actionable insights to move your clients' businesses forward.
  • Fluent in a Nordic language & English

  • Tenacious and entrepreneurial approach to working through product, process, and client challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong relationships with external partners
