  • Design at all levels of fidelity, from user flows and wireframes to visual designs and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs to inform product direction.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to understand business goals and technical requirements, and contribute to key product decisions.
  • Work closely with the engineering team during implementation to ensure designs are shipped to spec.
  • Raise the bar for quality and actively seek out feedback within the design team and across disciplines.
  • Evolve and maintain components for our design system.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products for web and mobile platforms.

  • A curiosity for how technical systems work and the ability to collaborate closely with engineers to design pragmatic, well-considered solutions.
  • An iterative, low-ego approach to design. You actively seek feedback, challenge assumptions, and improve solutions through multiple iterations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design rationale to product, engineering, and other cross-functional partners.
  • A desire to connect with our customers to understand and build empathy for their needs, workflows, challenges, and goals.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences.
  • Familiarity with modern platform conventions (including iOS and Android) as well as accessibility best practices.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.

Work Environment and Benefits:

  • We are a remote-first company, but you must be located in California, New York, Oregon, Texas or Alabama.
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement savings plan.
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement in a rapidly growing company.
  • Collaborative and inclusive work culture focused on innovation and customer success.
  • Opportunity to transform patient care and clinical operations through advanced healthcare communication technology.
