JD: Talent Acquisition Manager
This is a talent acquisition & management role. We are looking for a person with extensive talent acquisition experience in India and overseas with minimum of three years experience. Having a background in tech, product and marketing talent acquisition is a must.
An excellent business understanding of tech businesses and experinece in an early stage company is a must. Any knowledge of Web3 is a good to have.
We are looking for someone to proactively drive our talent acquisition requierments. You will be someone with an existing network in talent acquisition and an approach that can help source and retain high quality talent. The role requires hiring of senior talent (including CXOs) as well, and therefore empathy and ability to connect with a diverse set of people is key.
You must be a high energy, entrepreneurially minded individual that has a strong understanding of the tech industry. You are excited about working at the intersection of traditional and crypto payments systems. You should be willing to learn and work across diverse geographies and talent profiles. Web3 is constantly evolving. What you worked on last month may not be what you work on today.
Job responsibilities:
*What you'll do *
- Assess talent requirements of the company and plan talent acquisition pipeline
- Prospect quality talent across multiple sources with high quality JD and outreach
- Shortlist interest profile for interviews by TransFi leadership
- Manage the talent acquisition process end-to-end so that talent acquisition happens as per the requirements of the business and within timelines. Work with TransFi leadership and the candidates for an effiective process.
- Benchmark compensation based on industry standards and TransFi positioning.
- Improve process on an ongoing basis based on experience
- Keep in regular touch with the talent hired to understand their expriences and fix any issues that may emerge.
*Required Experience *
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably for tech, product, and marketing roles; experience in other functions is a plus
- Background in the tech industry, especially early-stage startups; fintech and Web3 experience is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of the Indian talent market; experience in other regions is a plus
- Skilled at building rapport with candidates, showing empathy and understanding
- Proven ability to manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English, both written and verbal
- Independent problem solver with a hands-on, proactive approach
- Highly organized, reliable, able to meet deadlines and manage stress effectively
- Passionate about contributing to growing businesses and willing to take ownership
