We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead and scale our cloud infrastructure, automation, and system reliability initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise and proven experience in DevOps practices, who can mentor junior engineers and drive best practices across teams.

Responsibilities

1. Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for high-scale deployments.
2. Lead infrastructure monitoring, incident response, and reliability improvements.
3. Architect and manage containerization and orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
4. Develop advanced automation scripts and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
5. Collaborate with engineering leads to ensure high availability, security, and performance.
6. Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of DevSecOps.

Requirements

1. 5–8 years of relevant DevOps/SRE experience.
2. Strong expertise with Linux systems, Git, and major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
3. Hands-on experience designing and scaling CI/CD pipelines.
4. Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration at scale.
5. Strong skills in Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/CloudFormation/Ansible).
6. Proficiency in scripting/automation (Python, Bash, Go, or similar).
7. Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.).
8. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
