Role: Chief of Staff to the CEO

This role works directly with the CEO and sits at the center of strategic execution at TransFi.
We are looking for someone with at least 5+ years of experience who can drive a diverse set of priorities across customer acquisition, product, operations, and talent management.
You will help translate strategy into execution, ensure cross-team alignment, and drive high-impact projects that move the company forward.
The ideal candidate has strong business acumen, a data-driven mindset, and experience in early-stage technology companies. Experience in fintech or Web3 is a strong plus.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with the CEO on key strategic priorities across product, operations, growth, and talent.
• Support the development and execution of company strategy.
• Drive high-impact cross-functional projects across teams.
• Coordinate with leadership teams to track project progress, proposals, and execution plans.
• Help streamline internal operations and decision-making.
• Facilitate communication between executives, departments, and key stakeholders.
• Assist in solving complex business problems using data-driven insights.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, project management, or similar roles.
• Experience working in technology startups or early-stage companies.
• Background in fintech or Web3 is a strong advantage.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and multiple teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment.
