About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Operations Manager to support day-to-day operational activities and cross-team coordination. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day business operations and internal coordination
• Support process management, documentation, and reporting
• Work closely with different teams to ensure smooth execution of operational tasks
• Help in research, analysis, and operational improvements
• Support leadership with ad-hoc projects and operational initiatives

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience
• Strong involvement in extracurricular activities during college, preferably at an organizing or leadership level
• Candidates who have appeared for competitive exams (cleared or not) are encouraged to apply
• Any professional certifications or additional courses will be a plus
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
