Job Title: Manager – Finance

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making at TransFi. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience managing end-to-end finance functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policies
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial health of the organization
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders
• Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve financial processes
• Support leadership with data-driven insights for business decisions
• Manage and mentor junior finance team members

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency in accounting tools and Excel (advanced preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• CA / CPA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
• Experience in fintech, payments, or startup ecosystem
• Familiarity with international financial regulations
