Job Title: Manager/ Senior Manager – Finance(CMA/CA)
Experience: 5+ years

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making at TransFi. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and experience managing end-to-end finance functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, reconciliations, settlements, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Monitor cash flow, treasury operations, working capital, and overall financial health of the business.
  • Work closely with banks, payment service providers (PSPs), financial institutions, and internal stakeholders to support business operations.
  • Support finance-related regulatory and compliance requirements across global entities.
  • Assist in establishing scalable financial processes and operational controls as the business grows.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, legal advisors, and compliance teams during audits and statutory filings.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance analysis.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide junior members of the finance team.
  • Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, treasury, or financial operations.
  • Experience working in fintech, payments, banking, remittance, Web3, or technology-driven organizations.
  • Strong understanding of payment flows, settlements, treasury operations, and financial controls.
  • Experience managing financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, and audits.
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications*** Qualified Chartered Accountant(CA) or Cost & Management Accountant(CMA).**
  • Experience in fintech, payments, Web3, or cross-border financial services.
  • Familiarity with international accounting standards and multi-entity financial operations.
  • Experience working with global banking partners, payment providers, and treasury operations.
