Main Missions:
The Event Specialist is responsible for designing, organizing, and coordinating the company’s internal and external events in order to strengthen its image, build partner loyalty, and enhance brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the event strategy (both internal and external).
- Oversee the operational organization of events.
- Coordinate vendors and all involved stakeholders.
- Manage the event budget and optimize costs.
- Ensure communication around events (internal and external).
- Develop innovative and creative concepts to maximize event impact.
- Evaluate the performance, outcomes, and overall impact of events.
- Handle logistics and on-site supervision on the day of the event.
Profile Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Event Management, or equivalent.
- Proven experience (minimum 3–5 years) in event organization (in a company, agency, or as a freelancer).
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stress and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead and coordinate external teams.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and event management software.
- Good command of English (depending on international context).
